This game is complete and includes:
- The original box - The box top and bottom are in Good condition. They do show signs of wear and storing. There is only one partially split corner on the box top cover, it's also missing a bit of graphics from tape. The bottom box has slight bowing on one side and is missing some of its graphics from tape.
- The inner chipboard Insert Trays are in GREAT condition and fit the game components perfectly, keeping the pieces well organized.
- First Floor Game Board (Large Main Game Board) - This is in GREAT condition. Only the slightest signs of use here or there. The four applied rubber pads are present and in GREAT condition. There is a very small separation starting where the board folds in half, but does not affect the board from laying flat. The graphics are GREAT, such detail! Beautifully designed.
- 2nd Floor Game Board pieces - All 6 pieces are present and in EXCELLENT condition! These fit on top of the plastic mall walls.
- Pink Electronic Talking Console - This is in GREAT working condition. The battery compartment is clean! The applied foil stickers look GREAT! The four applied rubber pads are in GREAT condition. The only flaws are a small scratch on the corner and a crack in one spoke over the speaker. This requires 4 "AA" batteries, which are NOT included.
- Game Board piece for the Electronic console - This is in EXCELLENT condition.
- Instructions Manual - This is in EXCELLENT condition.
- Four Plastic Credit Cards / Cash Cards - These are in EXCELLENT condition.
- 2 Elevator Pieces & 4 Water Fountain Pieces - These are in EXCELLENT condition.
- 4 Double Sided Mall Entrances / Exits - These are in EXCELLENT condition. One has a slight wrinkle in the leg. The applied foiled stickers look GREAT!
- 1 Clearance Sign, 2 Sale Signs and three black plastic sign bases - These are in EXCELLENT condition. These are all double sided. One sale sign has a tear in one of its stickers. The applied foil stickers for the windows look GREAT!
- 8 Plastic Pawns / People / Movers / Meeples - These are in EXCELLENT condition! Two in each color: red, blue, green and yellow.
- 42 Light Blue Shopping List Pegs - These are in EXCELLENT condition! 40 are needed for game play and two extra were provided.
- 4 Shopping Lists Cards - These are in GREAT condition! Slightest signs of use here or there, and there is a slight bowing of the cards. There is one card for each color red, blue, green and yellow.
- 6 Cream colored Plastic Mall Walls - These are in EXCELLENT condition!
- 12 storefront signs - These are in EXCELLENT condition! These fit into the plastic mall walls for the first floor stores. There is a description on the main game board that explains which cards to put where.
- Play Money - These are in GREAT condition! Some show slight signs of handling. Four denominations: $5, $10, $20 and $50.
The box and electronic console read 1989 Milton Bradley, while the instructions read 1990 Milton Bradly. It is rare to find these games complete in this good of condition!
All items are packaged with care to protect the contents during shipping. This package is quite large: 25 x 18 x 8, weighing 7lbs 3oz.
